Tyson Rodriguez

Co-Founder & COO

A lifelong educator at heart, Tyson has been working as a Simulation Educator for the past 8 years with Gaumard Scientific, and working with the Gaumard family for a total of 11 years. Originally a mathematics tutor for 6 years, Tyson studied Mechanical Engineering and worked at Johnson & Johnson, followed by Intergrated Medical Systems before returning to his original passion as an educator.​
 
Taking on a new challenge, expanding the role of simulation in the healthcare community has become his latest goal. After obtaining his CHSOS, and moving towards the CHSE, Tyson is always looking to expand his knowledge and move the simulation industry forward.

My journey began as a medical device sales representative, where I had the privilege of collaborating closely with surgical teams to provide cutting-edge technologies aimed at improving patient outcomes. For 14 years, I immersed myself in the dynamic environment of the OR, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare professionals on the front lines.
 
Driven by a passion for transformative learning experiences, I transitioned into the role of CEO of a leading medical simulation company. Drawing upon my extensive industry knowledge and firsthand experience, I am committed to revolutionizing healthcare education through immersive simulation solutions.
